where are you located? can i pick my cake up at your premise?

We are at Tin Wan, Aberdeen. We do not do any pick-ups at our food factory at the moment because I am there at irregular hours.

where is the pick-up point and what is the schedule like?

We meet at

12.30 / 6.30 pm, Tues - Sun

Happy Valley Starbucks (69 Sing Woo Road, best option for drivers)

11 am, Mon - Sun;
8 pm, Tues - Sun

Delivery is available at a fee.

We will reach out to you as soon as we receive news that typhoon 8 is going to hit HK, and be arranging for your order to be delivered or picked up the next day (or when the typhoon 8 signal is removed). Time-slots choices may be limited because we’re so tiny but we’ll try our best to make it work.

What should we do if a typhoon hits on my order date?

While we don’t allow cancellations, we allow for a change of a delivery/ pick up date up to 5 days prior. We will keep your credits for a month from the original date, and a new date is subject to availability.

How many portions?

A party of 25 to 35?

I recommend getting 2 cakes or our 2 tier cake.

35 - 50 guests?

2 cakes or our extra tall cake (say hi to us on WhatsApp).

CAKES -

A resounding YES! All of cakes should be kept in the refrigerator till about 30 mins prior to cake cutting. We do not recommend leaving the cake at room temperature (let alone outdoors) for prolonged periods.

COOKIES -

Individually wrapped cookies should be stored in an airtight container (for up to a month), no refrigeration required. Our cookie jars keep the cookies fresh for up to a month. Warm up gently in the oven or microwave for maximum enjoyment.

LOAF CAKES / BROWNIES -

Airtight container, room temperature - 1 week

Airtight container + fridge - 2 weeks

Warm up gently in the oven or microwave for maximum enjoyment.

LEMON BARS -

Airtight container, room temperature / fridge - 1 week
