The Good Christmas 2024, dizziness galore and cheers to a new year!

I had the privilege of speaking to 600 kiddos, and I told them about what got me here, and what I hold onto everyday and the power of showing up for yourself!

The Good Cake was at one of the coolest companies in the world! What a treat.

I was at Rotary Club of Central! I had the privilege of speaking about the realities of elderly poverty and what The Good Cake’s up to, to be a part of the solution.

Karen’s now a 2024 Resolve Fellow, officially! What a difference 5 months makes! I was drained just about when Resolve said hi, and it’s been nothing but a blessing! :))
