This lovely wine was fondly named for the grandmother of the Woodstock estate, Mary McTaggert, who had a love for all things blooming and aromatic. Her establishment of the winery’s very own herb garden was monumental, and it’s flourishing to this day! And ode to her legacy, this vibrant, fresh Riesling (her favourite!) is a wonderfully refreshing choice alongside a meal that ends on a sweet note... with a delightful slab of cake!
