The Good Banana-chocolate cake is here! I love working with bananas, they cause cakes to be so moist, so hearty and comforting! It was just an absolute necessity that I make this our first cake release!

320kg! There are days on which I’d wake up and wonder about how I am to do it, but everyday’s been a blessing, there’s a new lesson just round the corner, and it makes it all worthwhile when we are able to share our journey with those in-need.

Volunteering - we had packed 2500 lunch boxes with 8 other volunteers today at Food For Good’s central kitchen in Yau Tong.

Together we’ve sent 340 kg or 4857 bowls of steamy hot rice to our elderly friends in Hong Kong.

It’s 2019! I can’t believe that January is already coming to a close! What’s going on! I recently heard this - Ask anyone, life goes fast, faster when you're older | So don't close your eyes and come back when it's over | I hate how true this is!

We have reached our target of raising funds for 200kg of rice from a portion of our sales this Christmas, thank you everyone!

In November we sent out first 100 kg of brown rice to our charity partner!

Christmas is here! And the very first Christmas at TGC makes it more meaningful :)

2018 has been madness, between moving and buying a new oven, I didn't get to bake for 2 months! But now that it's all settled, The Good Cake is ready to rock and roll.
